Most of what we send out starts its journey overseas. That’s simply how we source our products, and it means the trip to your door can naturally stretch a bit longer than some might expect. We think it’s worth being upfront about that from the start.
Occasionally, a parcel hits a snag that’s beyond our reach. Customs checks, for instance, can slow things down in rare cases. When that happens, the timeline we’ve shared might slip, and we appreciate your patience while the carrier works through it.
When a return is initiated, the shipping costs fall on your side. Those original delivery charges aren’t something we can refund, and if a refund is processed, the return postage will be taken out of that amount. The one exception is when an item shows up damaged and needs a replacement—in that scenario, we’ll handle the shipping.
As for exchanges, how quickly a replacement reaches you really depends on your location. Transit times vary, so there’s no single answer that fits everyone.
We’re ready to step in for goods that are damaged on arrival or for packages that get lost along the way. The key is letting us know fast. We need the proof outlined in our refund section, and it has to reach us within 5 days of when you received the order. That window is how we make sure we can take care of it properly.
Packages that can’t be delivered because of an incorrect address aren’t something we can take responsibility for. Double-checking those details at checkout helps avoid a lot of headaches.
